Flying Dog Prank

A clown in the park is holding a bunch of helium balloons when he spots a police officer about to give his clown truck a parking ticket. Desperate, he asks pedestrians to watch over his balloons, which he then ties to his clown cart. Unfortunately, the balloons get loose and float into the sky - with a cute little Yorkie puppy attached! They can only watch, shocked, as the flying Yorkshire Terrier dog hovers above them!
